You were right on target... Hi Mike & Lisa, Thought I'd pop you a note to tell you how much Toni and I appreciate your effort in selling our home. As you know, we tried to sell our home on our own for 2.5 - 3 months with no success. We tried Internet sites, conducting open houses, running ads in the paper and talking to everyone we knew. This effort cost us several thousand dollars and a lot of frustration. After your market analysis you gave us a range where you thought our house would sell. You were right on target. We couldn't believe it only took 5 - 6 days and the price we received is 10k - 15k more than any other house in the area. We heard many comments about the "talking house" and I'm sure it was one of the keys to helping our property move. We also received several comments about the beautiful photo and flyers.
